Room hire - Internal

Our Rates

We have a simple pricing model for all of our rooms, which includes:

• Standard audio visual equipment
• Use of computers with current setup (Microsoft Office Suite, browsers, standard utility tools and apps widely used in the University) 

Please note that special setup might incur further charges.

As the internal hire rates are already significantly reduced, we do not apply further discounts for presentation only bookings.

Full day timing: Mon-Fri 08:45-17.15

Half-day timing:  Mon-Fri AM 08:45-12:45 or PM 13:15-17:15

Catering

Eating and drinking is not permitted in any of our teaching rooms.
