Digital capabilities
We offer a range of digital skills training for University staff, students and academics. You can book courses, learn online or arrange a private course for your group.

Training management and development
We manage CoSy, the University’s shared training management system and the Self-Service Training Data service.
Our Instructional Designers work with projects and departments across the University to craft learning experiences that help people acquire knowledge and skills effectively.
We also offer an eLearning management service.
We are part of Customer Services at IT Services, and we work closely with our colleagues in Educational Media, the Centre for Teaching and Learning, Comptency Centres, Research Support Services, the Programmes and Projects Delivery Group and POD .
