Self-Service Training Data Records - Status reasons | IT Learning Centre

Training providers manage delegate bookings in CoSy by assigning statuses to delegates as they progress through their learning. Below is a guide to the different delegate statues that you may see in your reports.

Delegate Status	What it means
Attended	Delegate attended or partially attended the course.
Blank	This status applies to LinkedIn Learning courses. The delegate has not watched the whole course. Note that LinkedIn Learning courses comprise a series of short videos about specific topics. Videos can be watched independently so delegates can pick and choose the topics they need to learn. This may mean that they did not complete the whole course. Please see the 'LinkedIn Learning Percentage Complete' data to determine how much time was spent learning.
Booked	Delegate is booked on a course
Cancelled	Delegate course place has been cancelled
Completed	Delegate has attended the in-person or online course. If an eLearning course the delegate has completed the course and any tests. If a LinkedIn Learning course, the delegate has completed 100% of the course.
Deferred	Delegate does not have a confirmed booked on a course. The training administrator has assigned this status while administering the booking.
Failed	Delegate has failed the course
In Progress	Delegate has not completed the course. They have booked and started the course but have not completed it. If it's an eLearning course, they may have stopped before it finished
No Attend	Delegate did not attend the course
On Hold	Delegate does not have a confirmed booked on a course. The training administrator has assigned this status while administering the booking.
Provisional	Delegate has not been offered a confirmed place on the course
Transferred	Delegate has moved from one course to another, including any payment
Unconfirmed	Delegate does not have a confirmed place on course
