The Training Management team supports various groups across Oxford in setting up eLearning in CoSy. Whether you're starting from scratch, expanding existing content, or working with third-party providers, we offer flexible services to meet your needs.

Charge: One-off charge £464

We offer a testing and advice service to avoid costly mistakes when purchasing eLearning products from external vendors. This service ensures that the product works on CoSy and everything runs smoothly prior to purchase. If everything works perfectly, you're ready to purchase our Build and Grow packages. 

Note: Additional consultancy can be purchased to help you resolve any issues with the vendor. The amount of time required to get things up and running will depend on the problem.

 

 

Charge: One-off charge £464

Our Build service sets up a dedicated area in CoSy for your eLearning. For us to add your first course, you then need to buy either the Grow or Grow Plus service. You can choose between the two as you add more courses in the future. If you plan to purchase content from a third party, you need to buy our Investigate service before using Build or Grow.

If you're already set up in CoSy and looking to offer a single SCORM-compliant eLearning package, then our Grow service is for you. Getting started is easy - we'll create a course template and upload your eLearning SCORM package. After running some tests, we'll provide you with a booking link that you can add to your web page and communications. It's important to note that you'll need to purchase our Grow Support service for the duration of your course being hosted in CoSy. If you plan to purchase content from a third party, you will need to use our Investigate service.

Charge: One-off charge £928

If you are already set up in CoSy and looking to enhance your learner experience by adding a learning path, our Grow Plus service is perfect. This service includes setting up course templates, creating an eLearning plan (which joins eLearning packages together into one course), email communications for the learning pathway, testing, booking link to add to the web page/communications, and creating a support page.

Once your course is set up, you will need to purchase our Grow Plus Support service for the lifetime of your course being hosted in CoSy.

Please note that if you plan to purchase eLearning from a third party, you will need the Investigate service. 

 

Charge: Annual charge £464

Once your eLearning package is set up in CoSy, you'll need to purchase a support service. The team here provides excellent support for course participants, and we also offer quarterly reporting on survey responses so you can stay up to date on user satisfaction and make any necessary improvements. Our package includes access to self-service training reporting, which allows you to track user progress. If you need edits to your course templates, we're happy to help, and we can also assist with any questions or issues that may arise. If you have an updated version of your eLearning package, we can also upload it for you. 

Charge: Annual charge £1590

Once your eLearning plan is set up in CoSy, you'll need to purchase a support service. We will administer the plan and ensure user records are up to date. The team here provides excellent support for course participants, and we also offer quarterly reporting on survey responses so you can stay up to date on user satisfaction and make any necessary improvements. Our service includes access to self-service training reporting, which allows you to track user progress. If you need edits to your course templates, we're happy to help, and we can also assist with any questions or issues that may arise. If you have an updated version of your eLearning package, we can also upload it for you. 

By hosting your eLearning in CoSy, you can easily track your course participants' progress. You can track who has booked, is currently in progress, and has successfully completed a course. If your eLearning includes quizzes, you'll also be able to see which participants have passed and their scores. Accessing reporting is easy with our Self-Service Training Data Service. And, to make things even easier, CoSy can send certificates of completion to your participants as well as automated reminders to encourage them to finish their courses.
