Yes, Cosy uses the Rusticiso SCORM engine that allows eLearning which is SCORM compliant to be hosted and tracked.

Yes,  the IT Learning Centre can set up and support eLearning on behalf of other groups at the University.   Please visit our page about options and charging.

SCORM is the industry standard for eLearning interoperability. It provides guidance to programmers on how to write code and governs how Course Management Systems and online learning content communicate. This page provides a good introduction.

If you plan to create eLearning content, PowerPoint is not ideal. It's not designed for tracking learner progress or interaction, and large slide numbers can lead to a bulky file size. Instead, we recommend using a SCORM file that can track learner activity and include quizzes and tests. SCORM packages can be hosted in CoSy. If you have a PowerPoint that you want to use, please talk to our Instructional Design Team to see if it is suitable to be converted to a SCORM package.

Yes, CoSy can automatically send certificates to delegates who have completed a course.
