We’re excited to launch the CoSy Administrators Training Programme, a new initiative designed to support and upskill training administrators across Oxford. To attend a session, you will need to be a current CoSy training administrator.
Whether you're new to training administration or looking to deepen your expertise, this structured programme offers a mix of live and self-paced learning, delivered by the Accessplanit team, the Training Management and Development team, and guest contributors.
What’s Included
The programme features:
- Spotlight sessions – short, focused introductions to key topics
- Skill builder sessions – longer, practical workshops to build confidence and capability
- eLearning modules – including Digital Accessibility
All Spotlight and Skill builder sessions will be delivered via Microsoft Teams, with supporting resources available in the new CoSy Community of Practice launching later this month. Recordings of these sessions will be available.
Course Listings
We’re using the Course Signposting tool to create and display the full programme schedule. This tool is a live link to Accessplanit, which means it automatically pulls up-to-date course information directly from the booking system.
It eliminates the need to update course details on the website manually and ensures that listings are always up to date. The tool currently works on Mosaic and is being actively tested for future use on the new University-wide intranet site, where it will support consistent, accessible course listings across platforms.
Digital Credentials
Participants will earn digital badges and certificates via Accredible, recognising progress and achievement. These credentials can be shared on LinkedIn or added to your professional portfolio.
Feedback & Improvement
We’re using Coursecheck to gather feedback after each session. Your input will help us refine the programme and shape future training.
Community of Practice
Launching later in September 2025, the CoSy Community of Practice (COP) will offer:
- Micro guides and resources
- Peer support and discussion
- Updates on tools and best practices.
