Access Power BI via a web browser and open the Compliance General App for Harassment course

Once you have approved access, you will be able to view training data in the Power BI App. This app is part of the Nexus365 suite and is accessible via a web browser. It is free to use. You'll use it to view a pre-formed report containing training data combined with people data sets. No extensive Power BI training is required to use the reports.

The report is organised into four main areas that help you understand and navigate the information easily.

First, there is the Data Grid where you can see all your data. This report gathers information from various sources like training data from CoSy and MetaCompliance, people data from People XD and SITS, and card data from CUD. On the right side, you'll find Filters.

These filters allow you to narrow down the information displayed in the columns. You can click on a filter, choose from a dropdown menu to see specific data, or select all data in that column. If you want to clear your selections, there's a small eraser icon in the top right corner that you can use to reset the filters to their original state.

On the left side of the report, there are links to helpful resources, including FAQ pages and a link that explains the different University Card Categories.

Finally, at the top, you'll notice the Ribbon.

The icons on the left side are standard Power BI buttons, while those on the right are tailored specifically for this report. Among these, the first two buttons are particularly useful: one allows you to reset all filters, and the other lets you save your current filter settings with a bookmark.
