Kieran Suchet has more than 20 years’ experience performing and presenting in the entertainment world. In addition to his work in front of the camera, Kieran also has extensive know-how in the artistic process of scripting, shooting and editing video. It is this expertise which Kieran brings to his Digital Skills workshops at Oxford’s IT Learning Centre. Those university members who attend his taught courses learn the practical skills necessary to plan and create high-quality multimedia recordings – these can be used as part of a research portfolio or podcast and can make the difference when communicating important news about academia to your target audience. As well as teaching up-to-date technical skills utilising the latest software and online resources, Kieran also conducts highly effective Media Skills training with those staff at the university who need to communicate with the outside world through the high-pressure scenario of an interview in the mainstream press.
Kieran also hosts the weekly Short Talks events which feature the latest advances in digital technology, such as: AR/VR, Artificial Intelligence and much more.
