The University's Training Management and Development (TMD) team offers a wide range of services to support various university initiatives, including Consent, Research Integrity, and Good Clinical Practice. While the e-learning courses are licenced from external companies, the TMD team plays a crucial role in bringing them to life by handling testing, provisioning, and supporting the training using CoSy. Additionally, the team ensures that reporting is available through the training data service, providing valuable insights into the courses' uptake.
In the current academic year, over 5,000 students have booked the Consent training course, and since its launch in Sept 2022, almost 10,000 bookings have been made for the Research Integrity course. These are just a few examples of how the training management services are making a significant impact and partnering with services across the University. The team is dedicated to providing the necessary support to make training a success.
