  • Check your digital skills fitness level by taking our quick and easy Digital Skills Health Check to assess your overall digital capability, including digital wellbeing. Within 20 minutes you will have a personalised report recommending areas to further develop. 

  • Join Dr Maren Deepwell on our popular Digital Wellbeing and Hybrid Working course. This 2-day online workshop (5 and 6 November 2024, 1.30-3pm) will equip you with practical strategies to thrive in our hybrid learning environment.

  • Join Dr Ulrik Lyngs on his forthcoming Digital Well Being - Reduce Digital Distraction course. This student focused workshop provides actionable steps to help you manage digital distraction.
